ABUSE AND NEGLECT

“Abuse and neglect” are difficult words to use, and we resist using them in connection with valued institutions in our nice communities. We especially resist using them in describing how our very frail loved ones are being treated. However, the first step in improving a situation is to clearly name and describe the problem.
